At PrimeKeeper, we’re obsessed about your security, hence everything we create must meet all stringent industry security requirements and regulations. We want you to have peace of mind when using our PrimeKeeper app, so, we do exactly that – treat your personal data with the same care and respect as weapons-grade plutonium – that’s how serious we are about security.

The PrimeKeeper app meets the stringent industry security standards so you can rest assured that your identification documents and other personal information are securely stored.
We use strong encryption technology to protect your information, even while it’s in transit. This means that your sensitive data is encrypted at every point to keep it as secure as possible. We love all things ‘tech’ so we’re consistently incorporating the most up-to-date technology to keep your information safe.
Lost your mobile phone or someone’s stolen it? As an extra precaution, you can sign in to the PrimeKeeper website and use your ‘Personal Dashboard’ (coming soon!) to unauthorise your mobile phone. Once unauthorised, no one will be able to log in to your PrimeKeeper mobile app from it.
Doing your part to keep yourself safe should always be your primary aim. Here are some tips:
• Don’t leave your mobile phone unattended, make it personal.
• Don’t share your details, username, password, passcode and PIN with anyone.

PrimeCare by your side
Our PrimeCare Support is dedicated to providing you quick resolutions within the shortest turn-around time possible. Any Support Ticket related to security will always be given the highest priority in our resolution process. PrimeCare places high focus on addressing your problems quickly and efficiently.
a. First Response
PrimeCare will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours of the Support Ticket being raised. The first response will either contain the solution to the question posed or further request for information, where required.
PrimeKeeper will endeavor to resolve any enquiries raised via a Support Ticket within three (3) Business Days of the ticket being raised. All Support Tickets received after 5pm on a Business Day shall be deemed to be received at the start of the next Business Day.
We’re currently in the process of implementing an industry-recognized Issue Tracking System (ITS) to efficiently manage and maintain all support requests received.
